Returns & Exchanges
For orders that have not yet been processed, please reach out to us at shopplumelo@gmail.com ASAP and we will do our best to help! Most changes can be accommodated within 24 hours. However, if your order has already been processed we are unable to make any additional changes to your order.
We are happy to accept returns and exchanges on new, unopened products within 15 days of the delivery date. Return shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee will be excluded from the final return amount. To initiate your return or inquire about any issues with your received product(s), please reach out to shopplumelo@gmail.com.
Once received, please allow 5-10 business days for us to process your return. We will send an email confirmation once it has been processed. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your card account depending on your card issuer’s processing times.
Any refunds will be credited to the original payment method, or alternatively, store credit may be given. Refunds are paid in USD, subject to exchange rates at the time of processing.
